1. I’d leave Rush in the second unit.
2. I would absolutely break apart the “Big Three.” Which one? How about all of them? None of the three can be the best player on a championship contending team so none of them should be untouchable.
3. At practice today, Mark Jackson mentioned that Biedrins didn’t play much because they didn’t need a post defender to guard Kendrick Perkins so he rolled with Jeremy Tyler. But if it were up to me, all of these rookies would be playing big minutes. This team isn’t going anywhere this season and they already know what they’re going to get out of Biedrins, so why not let these guys get some experience? They have to play to get better. If that results in enough losses to keep their top-7 protected first rounder, all the better.
