Anonymous asked: you really want to leave california for the snow in syracuse?
The more I think about life after Davis, the more I feel like doing something completely out of my comfort zone. As of right now, I kind of just want to go somewhere else and experience new things. I want to do something completely different for a few years.
I also want to go somewhere where I can be apart of a winning athletic program. Every time I see Kansas or Syracuse or any major basketball...
janhung replied to your post: How tall are you?
why 6’2”? haha
Because if I was 6’2”, I’d be able to dunk on LeBron James.
Let's do the age old question →
From the pedo title to all of the responses in the thread - straight comedy.

Stoneface
In an effort to not talk about sports, I decided to laugh at how I was in high school.
I thought I was cool because I rocked LRG before people even knew what it was. People kept asking me what “large” was. I try to avoid wearing branded t-shirts now, but sometimes I still wear my LRG shirts because I refuse to buy new shirts and am too lazy to do laundry.
My D-Wade jersey was sick...
KD!
There is nothing that will make you contemplate the decisions you’ve made in life like sitting in pain on the toilet.
You sit there, sweating and nauseous, thinking about all the questionable decisions that you’ve made recently and think to yourself, “I will never do those things again if I can just not feel like this.”
Last night was one of those moments. I was thinking...

Anonymous asked: Scott: nice article about Monta becoming an All Star but dude, please!- cut the jock-dumb grammar! In the 5th paragraph you write: " She implored him to squash the beef between he and Curry..." Man!- that's HIM and Curry, not
he. One doesn't say "between we" instead of "between us", and you don't say "between she and he" rather...

Anonymous asked: "thank you for not turning to the dark side." what is it with you and talking smack about the lakers? sometimes I swear you're just too damn jealous of they're accomplishments. Sounds weird coming from me (a celtics fan), but fuck just get over it and accept it.
The Blake Griffin Show: The Poster Child Brings Me...
One of the first NBA games I remember attending was a Golden State Warriors vs. Sacramento Kings game with my dad (the Warriors lost on a Mitch Richmond fadeaway three-pointer off the glass; needless to say, I was introduced to the life of a Warriors fan at an early age).
As a kid, everything about being at an NBA game is like seeing breasts for the first time. You wait for the day, maybe...
iliketowhispertooo asked: I've always been a big fan of your site. Down here in LA we've got nothing but respect between the Clippers North and the Warriors South. I'm looking for a fun and competitive game tonight between our squads.

Stat of the Night
For the second time in four games, Jeff Green had a zero rebound performance.

Kevin Durant is leading the league in scoring, Russell Westbrook is having a career season, and Serge Ibaka continues to make huge strides. However, it seems like the Thunder’s season so far has been a disappointment, which seems counterintuitive considering they are on pace for 54 wins.
Are the Thunder a victim of their own hype? Everybody is blaming Jeff Green, especially after his zero...

I often think to myself, “If I were to meet ___, what would be one thing I would ask?” For example, if I met Tiger Woods I would ask him about what really happened on that night he crashed his Escalade. I would ask Diddy if he knew in advance about the ambush that left 2pac shot five times. If I met Derek Jeter, I’d ask him what Minka Kelly was doing, and if I met Tim...

I will wipe my hands on my shorts, rub my hands together, and blow my hands to death after losing the handle of the basketball, but I will never call a phantom foul when I get the ball stolen from me or blocked. Man up and keep playing.
Anonymous asked: How many points did you average in IMs?
I would guess 15.7

Bad Beat #5 Under 193
The Thunder were up 99-92 with Kevin Durant dribbling out the final seconds of the game. For some inexplicable reason, Kevin Durant hands the ball off to Rick Carlisle who was standing right net to him with 7 seconds left in the game. Turnover. Mavericks ball. After the game, Durant said “sense of humor I guess” when asked what he was thinking.
Instead of the game being over, Deshawn...
Anonymous asked: I was still a fan after the showtime era ended, I was a fan when Del Harris was coaching, I was a fan when shaq left and kobe wanted out, I was a fan when they couldn't pass the first round, and I'll still be a fan when kobe retires. Don't be ignorant about the laker nation. That being said, you know for damn sure the los angeles lakers are the REAL golden state warriors. so stfu...

People often ask me about whether I’m a Thunder fan or a Warriors fan because I write about both teams quite a bit. I’ve been thinking about it, and this is what I’ve come up with.
I think I am a Thunder fan in a way that many people are Lakers fans. In my experience with a lot of Lakers fans, they are Kobe fans who root for the Lakers. They watch Kobe play, become a fan of...

One thing that always makes me laugh:
“Bryant with the shot…not a good possession for LA. He thought he got fouled.”
